Meet Stephanie Paclot, DVM
Dr. Stephanie Paclot was born and raised in Paris, France. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris in 2007. She then left Europe to earn her doctor of veterinary medicine from the University of Montreal. While in Montreal, she also achieved a second bachelor’s degree, this time with a focus in chemistry. In 2015, Dr. Paclot moved to California to complete year-long small animal rotating internship at VCA Loomis Basin Veterinary Hospital.
Dr. Paclot joined our team as an emergency veterinarian in September of 2018. Her favorite thing about being at Pet Specialists is the teamwork amongst all staff, working together to efficiently treat injured pets and get back them home to their loved ones.
With a French-Brazilian background, Dr. Paclot has embraced multiculturalism in her education as a doctor, as well as in her personal life. She had many rescue cats and has always had a love for Siberian Husky’s. She has one dog, a Husky named Tango, whom came into her life during an overnight shift a few years back. In her free time, she enjoys ballroom and Latin dancing, yoga, travelling with family and spending time at the beach with her husband and Tango.
